CAREWare 6 Bug Case Notes Timeout

Some users have reported CAREWare timing out before the user timeout setting timeframe. Users are reporting this occurs most often when entering case notes. In most cases, adjusting the ConnectivityTimeoutSeconds from 30 to 60 allows more time to remain connected while typing a case note.

  1. Log into Central Administration.
  2. Click Administrative Options.
  3. Click Server Management.
  4. Click Common Storage Values.
  5. Click ConnectivityTimeoutSeconds.
  6. Click View.
  7. Click Edit.
  8. Change the Value(IntegerValue) to 60.
  9. Click Save.
